๐ซ Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Tivoq. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Zero Tolerance (Immediate Ban)
โ Illegal Activity
Any content related to illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or child exploitation. We report such content to law enforcement.
โ Child Safety
Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors in any way. This includes discussions promoting such content.
โ Terrorism & Violence
Content that promotes terrorism, violence against individuals or groups, or provides instructions for harmful acts.
Serious Violations
๐ซ Hate Speech
Content that attacks, demeans, or promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
๐ซ Harassment & Bullying
Repeatedly targeting, threatening, intimidating, or humiliating other users. This includes doxxing (revealing personal information), stalking, and coordinated harassment.
๐ซ Sexual Content
Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content. Tivoq is not a platform for adult content.
๐ซ Self-Harm & Dangerous Activities
Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges.
Other Violations
โ ๏ธ Spam & Manipulation
Repeated low-effort rooms, fake engagement, bot accounts, or any attempt to game the platform's systems.
โ ๏ธ Impersonation
Pretending to be someone else, including public figures, other users, or Tivoq staff.
โ ๏ธ Misinformation
Deliberately spreading false information that could cause real-world harm, especially regarding health, safety, or elections.
โ ๏ธ Commercial Spam
Using Tivoq primarily to promote products, services, or other platforms without genuine engagement.

We take a graduated approach to enforcement, depending on the severity of the violation:

What Happens When You're Banned?
- Your access to Tivoq is immediately revoked
- Unused purchased Gems are forfeited (no refunds)
- Pending payouts may be canceled
- Creating new accounts to evade a ban is prohibited and will result in those accounts being banned
๐จ Reporting
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
- In a Room: Click the report button (๐ฉ) during or after the call
- User Profile: Visit their profile and click "Report User"
- Email: Contact us at support@tivoq.com
Please include as much detail as possible: usernames, room names, timestamps, and descriptions of what happened. All reports are confidential.
๐ We review all reports within 24 hours. Your reports help keep Tivoq safe.
๐ Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may appeal by emailing support@tivoq.com with:
- Your username and email
- The reason for your suspension/ban (if known)
- Why you believe it was a mistake
Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days. Our decision is final.
๐ Updates
These guidelines may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Tivoq after changes constitutes acceptance.
