🎥 Creator Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Tivoq Creator Program! This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in earning and cashing out Gems on our platform. By earning Gems through hosting, tips, or referrals, you agree to these terms.

Gems can be converted to real money when you cash out:

4. Cashout Requirements

4.1 Minimum Payout

• Minimum balance: 500 Gems ($4.95 USD equivalent)
• Processing time: Typically within 3-5 business days
• Payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle

4.2 Verification

At this time, we do not require government ID verification to request a cashout. We may request additional information in the future to prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, or protect the platform.

4.3 Additional Review

We may place a payout on hold or request clarification if we detect suspicious activity, potential policy violations, or fraud.

5. Tax Responsibilities

5.1 US Creators

• If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we are required to issue you a 1099-MISC form
• You must provide a valid W-9 form before receiving payouts exceeding the threshold
• Report your earnings as self-employment income on your tax return

5.2 International Creators

• You are responsible for understanding and complying with your local tax laws
• We may be required to withhold taxes in certain jurisdictions
• You must provide a W-8BEN form if required

5.3 Our Role

Tivoq does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance on your specific situation.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities will result in Gem forfeiture and possible account termination:

• Fake engagement: Using bots, fake accounts, or coordinated groups to artificially inflate tips or referrals
• Self-referrals: Creating multiple accounts to claim referral bonuses
• Tip manipulation: Tip-for-tip schemes or paying users to tip you
• Fraud: Misrepresenting yourself, scamming viewers, or any deceptive practices
• Money laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds
• Terms violations: Any violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

7. Gem Forfeiture

Your Gems may be forfeited (with no payout) if:

• You violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service
• Your account is permanently banned
• Gems were obtained fraudulently
• You request cashout after account termination

We reserve the right to withhold pending payouts while investigating potential violations.

8. Platform Fees

Tivoq takes the following fees from creator earnings:

Note: Additional payment processing fees may apply depending on your payout method (typically 1-3%).

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your registered address
• In-app notification
• Update to the "Last Updated" date above

Continued participation in the Creator Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time:

• By you: Stop earning Gems or delete your account
• By us: For any reason, with or without notice (though we'll try to give you time to cash out legitimately earned Gems)

Upon termination, pending legitimate cashout requests may be honored at our discretion.

12. Acknowledgment

By earning Gems on Tivoq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Creator Agreement, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
